With more than twenty-five years of professional experience, she has built her excellent IT service management and ITIL know-how in various line and project functions, as well as assisting national and international companies with the introduction and optimisation of service management processes. This also includes the training of employees (certifications according to ITIL®), team development, optimisation of the organisational structure and the accompaniment of tool selection procedures.
