Dr. Uwe Seider is the founder and managing partner of team79 Beratungsgesellschaft (Consulting).

He has more than ten years of practical experience in carrying out various projects in the IT and insurance industry. His particular focus is in the management of complex programs such as IT outsourcing or post-merger integration. In addition, he has developed and optimised numerous processes and organisations as an operational consultant.

Before founding the team79 consulting company, Dr. Uwe Seider most recently worked for Schickler Unternehmensberatung.
